Cooking Workshop (PT)

Come and take part in our Cooking Workshop, a unique experience that combines wines, gastronomy and tradition!

This special moment, lasting approximately 3, begins with a visit to our surrounding vineyard, the winery and the ageing room, where you can get to know our winemaking processes up close.

Then it is time to get cooking! In the practical part of the class,
chef Miguel Vidal will guide you through the world of regional gastronomy, sharing techniques and preparing 7 creative and delicious recipes.

We use fresh, local produce, respecting the seasons and the unique character of our region, ensuring an experience rich in quality and flavour.

In addition, to complete the experience, you will have the opportunity to taste 3 different Caminhos Cruzados wines throughout the activity.

Our goal is to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, where you can gain confidence in the kitchen, learn new techniques and take away memories and knowledge to use in everyday life.

This workshop is designed for everyone, from beginners to
experienced cooks – here, everyone can learn,
have fun and hone their skills.

Our approach values the authentic, traditional flavours of regional cuisine.
During the class, you will prepare:
· 3 cold starters,
· 3 hot dishes,
· 1 dessert.
