Your booking includes

• Equipment (surfboard and wetsuit)
• Insurance
• At least 1.5 hours in the water
• 1 person per coach
• All coaches are certified by the Portuguese Surfing Federation and have extensive experience in teaching and surfing.

What to Bring

• Please bring a swimming suit/bikini or board-shorts, towel, hat, sun protection, adequate shoes, water and a light meal/snack.
