F\u00e1tima apparitions took place (1917); continuing our journey, we will visit the magnificent Monastery of Batalha, a hymn to Gothic construction and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.<\/p>\n<p>The journey continues towards the Atlantic coast with a stop for lunch in Nazar\u00e9 (specialities of seafood and grilled fish).<br \/>After lunch we will visit the town of Nazar\u00e9, internationally renowned for the giant waves (20-30 metres) at Praia do Norte and made famous by the world-famous surfer Garret McNamara.<\/p>\n<p>To round off this full day, a visit to the town of \u00d3bidos, the
