You need to be super consistent with your take-off and be comfortable on the board and as well with the ocean beneath you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Locations of the surf lessons<\/strong><br \/>The lessons are normally held at Praia das Mil\u00edcias or at the Areal de Santa Barbara. The students will be informed of the location on the day before the lesson,<br \/>by email or phone call.<\/p>\n<h3>What is included in the price?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Board, suit,
