In its halls, more than thirty aquariums \u2014 from the shores of the Portuguese coast to the depths of the ocean \u2014 lead visitors through the marine world of the north of Portugal, ending in the great ocean tunnel where rays and sharks cross overhead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The aquarium<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The SEA LIFE Porto opened in 2009 and is part of the international SEA LIFE network, whose aquariums work on the conservation of the seas and on the rescue and rehabilitation of marine animals.
