Many of these herbs will later feature in the dishes served during the meal. Along the way, you\u2019ll learn how herbs are harvested, dried, and preserved without losing quality, as well as how to use them both fresh and dried.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll visit the natural drying greenhouse, processing area, and packaging space to understand the full journey from plant to product.<\/p>\n<p>The experience concludes with a private, relaxed meal, served either under the farm\u2019s largest ash tree or in the cozy nursery. Guests will enjoy a selection of herb-based dishes, including starters, light main courses, and desserts, all prepared using the farm\u2019s aromatic plants.<\/p>\n<p>The meal is accompanied by a herbal infusion and homemade lemonade.
