In a group of friends or on your own, you can stroll along the beautiful beaches of Arrábida and discover one of the 7 wonders of Portugal.

As this activity is shorter in duration, it usually takes place at Portinho da Arrábida beach, where the fine white sands and the varied shades of blue of the crystal-clear waters contrast with the lush green vegetation of the Serra

All lessons are accompanied by a Certified Instructor.
