“Group Lesson South Coast” is meant to have you in the water as maximum as possible and improve your surf skills as much as possible.

About

It’s a typical surf lesson where you can expect:

• Group warm-up to get the body ready for action
• Surf and Safety briefing adapted to your previous surf experience
• Sand practice with useful exercises to improve your technics
• Surf action with goals, tips, and corrections

Included:
All the required surf gear, local and certified surf coaches, insurance.

What to Bring

Water, light snack, swimsuit or extra underwear (to use under the wetsuit), sunblock, a good night’s rest.
