Ilovesup offers various Stand Up Paddle lesson options. As a sport for all ages and fitness levels, and with its easy learning curve, it is great fun to do with the family, with a group of friends or even to walk your pet.
In a first lesson, our aim is to teach you the basic Stand Up Paddle techniques, so that you can learn in the quickest and most accurate way.
After the first lesson, you should feel more confident to paddle on your own.
