The fuel tank is supplied full and must be returned in the same condition. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a charge of €2/L for any shortfall.

Warnings and Prohibitions
– Fishing on board is prohibited;
– Approaching vessels during cetacean watching is prohibited;
– Mooring at and entering the Ilhéu da Vila Franca is prohibited, whether by boat or swimming;
– Anchoring at a distance of 30 m from the coast next to the Ilhéu da Vila Franca is compulsory;
– Sailing and/or anchoring near lifeguarded beaches at a distance of less than 150 m from the coast is prohibited;
– If mooring at the Marina of Vila Franca and/or Povoação, you must go to the Marina reception and pay the daily fee.

Chart plotter, central cockpit, helm and a powerful outboard engine
