About this experience

Duration: 1 hour

Boarding at the pier of the Monsaraz river beach, the tour begins heading north where the Monsaraz river beach comes into view ( the 1st River Beach opened on 01 June 2017); continuing towards the Azevel and Guadiana tributary we can see the border between Portugal and Spain. Heading south, you can see Mourão Castle, the bridge over the Alqueva, which links the municipalities of Reguengos de Monsaraz and Mourão, and Ilha Dourada, where we will stop for a short visit, taking in a magnificent view of the two Castles. Return to the departure point and end of our services.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and footwear suited to the season (flip-flops, beach towel, sun cream and a hat in summer).
