Itinerary

Our day begins in Porto, the Invicta city. We start the trip and head east, where the Alto Douro awaits us!

Our first stop in the Douro region will be at a Winery in Favaios. Located among 1000 hectares of vineyards, this century-old estate will charm you with its wine, and then surprise you with the delicious golden-coloured nectar that is Moscatel wine within its sanctuary.

We now set off for the historic town of Pinhão where a regional lunch awaits us in a beautiful local restaurant, but along the way we still have the chance to visit one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the region.

Now, with our stomachs satisfied, we set off for the second Winery. Here you will understand how Douro DOC wines & Port Wines are made, with the possibility of tasting both styles at a family winery. Understand how the effects of the region’s climate and the rich soil influence the grapes, learn about the special storage techniques that result in these distinctive flavours and hear about the preparation of still and fortified wines.
