Whether you´ve surfed before or have never touched a board, we´ll have you riding the waves in no time! All of our instructors are all experiences, certified surf coaches, professional that taught students of all ages and levels join us for a morning or afternoon lesson every day in Armação de Pêra at low tide, a perfect environment for beginners with beautifull easy waves. Expect to have 3 hours of fun. We´ll also include Photos of your lesson to take home as a souvenir What you´ll learn: • How to choose a Board • board Control & Body Positioning • Group warm-up to get the body ready for action • Surf Safety Fundamentals • Useful exercises to improve Surf technique • Surf action with goals, tips, and corrections • How to choose a wave • Proper etiquette Included: Surf gear Wetsuits Insurance What To Bring: Water Light snack Swimsuit or underwear (to use under the wetsuit) Sunblock Good night’s rest Good mood
