Five kilometres from Silves, on one of the oldest farms in the Algarve, an open wood fire becomes the centrepiece of a 4-hour dinner experience. The menu is built daily from whatever the organic garden is producing — seasonal vegetables, herbs, and fruits, 100% grown on site — and cooked live over wood embers in a show cooking format, so guests watch the meal take shape in real time. Ninety percent vegetarian, entirely organic, and entirely different from what you’ll find on any restaurant terrace in the Algarve. Local wine is paired throughout, and the farm’s garden provides a safe, visible play space for children. Starts at sunset. Very limited tables — advance booking essential.
