Saturdays are the days with the greatest influx of locals and visitors, and it is also the day with the widest offer of food, copperware, leather goods and fruit.
On this walk you will also learn a little about the history of Loulé and its Roman and Arab heritage. You will stroll along the cobbled streets and discover traces of these cultures in places such as the Jardim dos Amuados — an old Arab cemetery — and Loulé Castle (a Roman structure from the 13th-14th centuries). If you prefer, you can relax on a terrace or in a café and watch the comings and goings of this city.
