AllGarbe : la gastronomie traditionnelle d’origine marine est le point de rencontre des amants du poisson et des fruits de mer.

Once called Algarbe Alandalus (Gharb al-Ândalus), it corresponded to the western part of Moorish Andalusia. It was from this origin that the name Algarve arose, with deep similarities in Arab architectural, linguistic and artistic heritage. It’s the history, the customs and the soul of this region that we preserve in our name and on our walls, clad in panels of traditional blue tiles that evoke the grandeur of the “people of our land” – Portimão.

C’est un restaurant totalement algarvien, avec une équipe composée presque entièrement d’employés locaux. Tous les produits sont locaux et frais, préservant les saveurs de chaque plat, dans sa confection traditionnelle.

From the sea we bring to your table the fresh fish from our coast, grilled slowly to keep all the juices that make your mouth water. Not forgetting the queen of the city of Portimão, who is also the image on our logo, the beautiful sardine, famous for being grilled over charcoal and eaten on fresh bread soaked in the fish juices, served with a delicious Algarvian salad with oregano and peppers.
