You&#8217;ll be provided with a wetsuit and surfboard and then we go to the beach. The lesson starts with a short warm-up and safety briefing right before you get in the water.<\/p>\n<p>The first part of the lesson consists of learning how to get to the waves. After practising that for a while, you&#8217;ll get out of the water and learn how to stand up on your board while catching the waves. You&#8217;ll work on that for the rest of the lesson as well, with the instructors by your side helping you and giving you direct feedback while you&#8217;re in the
