By car we reach the black pigs factory in the hills surrounding Monchique, where we start the tour with a rewarding walk up to a wonderful panoramic point. On the way back we stop at one of the few remaining factory in Portugal growing and feeding pigs in a sustainable way.<\/p>\n<p>By car, we go back to the old town center, where we are going to have lunch in a typical \u201cTasca\u201d of Monchique, where meet dishes are cooked with special care and wisdom.
