In the two-hour surf lesson we teach the essence of surfing. The two main techniques that every surfer needs to know: how to paddle and catch waves and how to stand up on the board. This is the beginning of surfing as a practice and a way of life!

What to expect from one of our surf lessons:

• Safety briefing
• Warm-up
• Beach instruction on how to paddle and stand up on the board (stand-up)
• Practice in the water following the instructions given on the beach
• Feedback in the water with the instructor

What we provide:

• Surfboards – suited to your experience, weight and height
• Wetsuit – suited to the conditions (don’t forget that the zip is at the back).
• Assicuramento infortuni

Importante: When you book your first lesson, a code will be generated for booking the remaining lessons.
