The person in charge of the crew must be of legal age, responsible for the boat and the people in it. ISea Charter reserves the right to deny the delivery of the boat if the responsible does not appear apt to assume its responsibilities. In this case, only the amount of the rental will be refunded. The renter must comply with the current navigation regulations and the instructions he receives from ISea Charter and from the local maritime authorities.
