The two main techniques that every surfer needs to know: how to paddle and catch waves and how to stand up on the board. This is the beginning of surfing as a practice and a way of life!<\/p>\n<p><strong>What to expect from one of our surf lessons:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safety briefing<\/li>\n<li>Warm-up<\/li>\n<li>Beach instruction on how to paddle and stand up on the board (stand-up)<\/li>\n<li>Practice in the water following the instructions given on the beach<\/li>\n<li>Feedback in the water with the instructor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we provide:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Surfboards \u2013 suited to your experience, weight and height<\/li>\n<li>Wetsuit \u2013 suited to the conditions (don&#8217;t forget that the zip is at the back).<\/li>\n<li>Assicuramento infortuni<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Importante:<\/strong> When you
