프라이빗 서핑 수업

Private surf lessons take place on the beaches along the Cascais coastline (Torre, Carcavelos, Guincho and Praia Grande) and Costa da Caparica, making the most of the best conditions and according to each student’s level.

All lessons are led by instructors accredited by the Portuguese Surfing Federation and last two hours, comprising a theory session, a general and specific warm-up, the main part (surfing) and stretching.
