1. 훈련 - 참가자에 대한 간단한 소개와, 그들의 의도와 기대에 따라 수업의 하나 이상의 목표를 설정합니다. 모래 위에 올라 준비운동을 마친 뒤, 설정한 목표에 맞춰 기술 훈련을 진행합니다.
2. 서핑 - 해변과 파도의 특성, 안전 규칙, 설정된 목표에 대한 간단한 소개 후 물속으로 들어갈 차례입니다.
3. 지식/안전 - 강사가 전한 모든 정보를 활용하는 법을 배우고, 기술을 최대한 개선하여 단기간에 더 나은 결과를 얻기 위해 노력합니다. 의식 있고 즐거운 방식으로 바다와 주변 모든 것을 존중하는 법을 배웁니다.
