During this two-hour journey, we don’t just taste—we learn to feel. Guided by a passionate host with deep knowledge of our winemaking history, you will be led through a sensory workshop. Together, we will channel our senses to explore the color, aroma, and unique flavor profiles that only volcanic soil and the Atlantic climate can imprint on a wine.

Each glass is perfectly paired with a curated selection of artisanal Azorean cheeses, creating a seamless dialogue between the palate and tradition. It is a celebration of local gastronomy, served in a charming setting that invites relaxation and discovery.
