창립 100여 년이 된 Poças는 현재 4세대가 경영하고 있으며, 포르투갈에서 태어나 창립 이후 줄곧 같은 가문이 운영해 온 드문 포트 와인 회사 중 하나입니다. 오래된 Tawny 포트 와인이 Poças의 명성을 쌓아 올렸으며, 지난 30년 동안은 DOC 도우루 와인이 품질을 입증해 왔습니다.

2019년 Poças는 Revista de Vinhos가 수여하는 “2018년 올해의 주정강화 와인 생산자” 상을 받았습니다.
