Over

• In summer, between June and September, we start our surf weeks at Praia das Maçãs and Praia Grande in order to provide one or more intensive weeks of surfing to our students and also to those who wish to take their first steps on a surfboard or bodyboard.
• The team of instructors in charge is made up of professionals accredited by the FPS who ensure a safe and fun environment in and out of the water, always aiming to increase students’ essential knowledge in practising these sports and making these weeks an unforgettable experience.

Programma

– Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm;
– Discounts for siblings and for those who do more than one week;
– Sports insurance included;
– Optional lunch 8.5€/day or without lunch (bring your own);
– Meeting point: Praia das Maçãs – Restaurante Neptuno OR Praia Grande at the base of our school

Activiteiten

• Two surf or bodyboard lessons per day;
• Group games on the sand, encouraging contact with nature, sport and ecological awareness;
• Skate session and possible visit to a skate park

Note: Activities complementary to surfing or bodyboarding are always alternatives in case sea and weather conditions are unfavourable, and may also be replaced and adapted to the group’s context;

• Swimsuit, sun cream, water, a small packed lunch or snack, hat and towel
