• In this type of lesson, the instructor’s full attention is devoted to the student’s performance.
• There is exclusive one-to-one support, with the aim of achieving greater progress in the shortest possible time.
• These lessons are essential for the type of student who is focused on their goals and who wants extra help correcting their technique.
• The structure of the lessons will be as follows:

1.Training – A brief introduction to the person/surfer and, based on their intentions and expectations, setting one or more goals for the lesson. Once on the sand, after the warm-up, some technical work is carried out in line with the goals set.
2.Surfing – After a brief introduction to the characteristics of the beach and the surf, the safety rules and the goals set, it is time to head into the water.
3.Knowledge/safety – Learning to use and apply all the information given by the instructor, striving to improve technique as much as possible and achieve better results in the short term. Learning to respect the sea and everything around it in a conscious and enjoyable way.
