This full-day, linear hiking tour climbs to the highest point on São Miguel island, offering dramatic island and waterfall scenery along a 7 km route. Guided transport picks you up from your hotel or a local meeting point and the day includes a stop at Ribeira dos Caldeirões to admire the island’s most popular waterfall. Expect a demanding walk of about three and a half hours on varied terrain, with a picnic and refreshments provided to refuel during the route.
