Aerial Photography and Filming Flights (SPO)

Want to capture Portugal from the sky? Portugal Helicopters operates flights dedicated to aerial photography and filming (SPO – Specialised Operations), ideal for cinema, advertising, television, events or institutional projects.
With a capable fleet and experienced pilots, we guarantee the safety and flexibility needed to achieve the perfect shot, always within applicable legislation.

How it works:

1. Submitting your request: contact us by email stating the purpose of the filming, the route or locations intended.
2. Tailored proposal: we send a quote adapted to the type of operation.
3. Confirmation and technical details: after acceptance, we provide the aircraft registration and assist with completing the mandatory AAN (National Aeronautical Authority) form.
4. Briefing: a meeting with the pilot in charge to finalise the flight details.
5. Official authorisations: we handle the remaining communications and applications with the competent bodies.
6. Day of the flight: arrival at the departure point must be at least 30 minutes in advance.

Belangrijk:
Aerial filming flights require prior approval from the authorities and may be subject to operational restrictions, so scheduling always depends on this external validation.
Our team follows the entire process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and safely
