Douro Wine Tour in Armamar – Red Tasting

Discover the heart of the Douro Valley with a guided visit to a historic wine estate in Armamar, where winemaking traditions date back to the 13th century.

Your experience begins at the winery, where you will be introduced to the history of the estate and its deep connection to the Douro Demarcated Region. From there, enjoy a scenic drive through the vineyards, following a private trail that leads to one of the original Pombaline landmarks marking the Douro wine region, established in 1761.

After taking in the breathtaking landscapes of terraced vineyards and the Douro Valley, the visit continues to the estate’s Tea House, a peaceful and elegant setting where the wine tasting takes place.
