Feel your heart fill with joy as you discover the Historic Centre of the Town of Arouca.
We invite you to step inside the emblematic and imposing walls of the Mosteiro de Arouca, visiting its Cloister, the Kitchen and one of the richest Iberian Museums of Sacred Art, learning about the lives and stories that greatly influenced the socio-economy and gastronomy of the region. We continue with a visit to the Capela da Santa Casa da Misericórdia, located in the multi-purpose Praça Brandão de Vasconcelos, and conclude with a foray into the Calvário de Arouca, dating from the 17th and 18th centuries.
