City Tour in Ponta Delgada

Walking tour of the centre of Ponta Delgada, with highlights including: Campo de São Francisco and the Sanctuary of Santo Cristo, where the image of Senhor Santo Cristo dos Milagres is kept, responsible for one of the largest religious events in Portugal, the exterior façade of the Palácio da Conceição (Palace of the Presidency of the Regional Government of the Azores), the Igreja Matriz de São Sebastião, the Portas da Cidade, the Núcleo de Arte Sacra of the Museu Carlos Machado, the Mercado da Graça and the Igreja de São Pedro.
When a visit is not possible, due to the closure of the monument(s), it will – whenever possible – be replaced by another, in accordance with information provided locally by the guide.
