Description:
Manta Blue Spot is located at the north-eastern tip of the island of São Miguel, at a distance of around 25 miles from the marina of Vila Franca do Campo, and takes around 1 hour by boat. The seabed rises from a depth of 100 metres to the top of a rocky shoal 60 metres from the surface. The dive is done in the blue, at varying depths between 10 and 20 metres with the support of an anchor line as a physical and visual reference. On this dive you can expect manta rays as well as some large pelagic species such as lírios, barracuda and wahoos!
This programme takes place in July, August and September.

Duur:
Full day from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Requirements:
International Diving Certification with a minimum of level 2 and a coastal dive with us before the trip.

Inbegrepen:
Dive guide, tank, weights for two dives, typical regional biscuits, fruit and drinking water and activity insurance with Civil Liability of 20 Million EUR.
