Surfing is proven to be beneficial for children.
Lessons for those who want to learn to surf in a fun, interactive and supervised way.
Lessons last approx. 2 hours and are taught with a ratio of 1 instructor to 4 students, to allow personalised attention suited to each student’s level.

Lessons have two parts:
Introduction: interaction with the student to identify level, expectations and constraints; introduction to the characteristics of the beach and of surfing; and warm-up and technical work
Surfen – tijd om te gaan en de zee te voelen!
All lessons include a theory component on basic safety rules at sea, how to paddle and how to position yourself on the board.
