After a brief introduction to the biology of bees and safety measures, participants will explore the hives, identify the varieties, understand the organization of the hive and maybe even meet the queen! Finally, enjoy an open-air honey tasting.<\/p>\n<p>Lunch in the Lagoa area: Savor a typical meal while enjoying the calm and beautiful surroundings.<\/p>\n<p>Afternoon of culture and tradition: Visit the historic Vieira Pottery, known for its unique handicrafts, and end the day with a visit to the emblematic Azorean Pineapple Plantation, where you will learn all about this exotic
