Alle lessen worden geleid door instructeurs geaccrediteerd door de Portugese Surf Federatie en duren twee uur, bestaande uit een theoriesessie, een algemene en specifieke warming-up, het hoofddeel (surfen) en rekken. De lessen omvatten alle uitrusting (wetsuit, plank en leash) evenals verzekering persoonlijke ongevallen.
