This lesson suits first-timers and Beginners, with certified local instructors guiding small groups to ensure safety and personalised coaching. All equipment is supplied, and insurance is included for the activity. The experience emphasises learning and progression in fewer crowds, delivering an unforgettable end-of-day surf for solo travellers, couples, friends and families.

• 2 hours 30 minutes of surf lesson
• Professional and friendly surf instructors
• All equipment: surfboard, wetsuit, leash
• Transport from meeting points in Lagos, Praia da Luz, or Burgau
• Option to meet directly at the beach
• Sports insurance
• Beach and ocean safety briefing

• All participants must complete a medical and liability waiver prior to participation.
• Participants must inform the school of any medical conditions, allergies or prescribed medications on the booking form.
• The use of rash vests or identification shirts is mandatory during sessions.
• A minimum instructor-to-student ratio is maintained (maximum 1:8).
