The Almond Blossom Walk in the Algarve Hills

Set out from a local farmhouse for a 5km walk along green trails through the Algarve hills, where blooming almond orchards paint the Serra do Caldeirão in shades of pink and white. The walk offers an immersive nature experience among Algarve’s flowering almond trees, with plenty of opportunities to pause and take in the scenery. Midway, settle in for a picnic of local products beneath the blossoming trees before making the return walk to the farmhouse. A peaceful, seasonal escape into the Algarve countryside, available only during the almond blossom season in January and February.
