2 hour lesson for groups and first-timers or special training aimed at improving technical aspects of Surfing / Bodyboarding / SUP.

Each student will receive an initial assessment, where the trainer according to the main parameters of the training process, shall define his or her level. Through the use of our plan, methods and exercises, each student will develop new skills and a better understanding of the sport.

Full equipment and wetsuits are provided, along with optional video footage so that you can check your technique and make any adjustments as needed.

Not suitable for

• Non-swimmers
• Pregnant women
• People with back problems
• People with heart problems
• People with bone and joint problems in the lower and upper limbs

Know before you go

• You must be confident to swim in ocean waves to participate in this activity. Surfing is a sport that requires a reasonable level of physical fitness
• This experience is subject to favorable weather/sea conditions. If canceled, you will be given the option of an alternative date or a full refund
• This activity requires a minimum number of participants, if the activity is canceled due to the minimum not being met, you will be offered a different date or a full refund
• Please provide the height and weight of all participants on booking
