Don’t come on your own, gather your friends and come and have fun with us at our surf lessons!!The surf lessons take place on the beaches along the Cascais coastline (Torre, Carcavelos, Guincho and Praia Grande) and Costa da Caparica, making the most of the best conditions and according to each student’s level. All lessons are led by instructors accredited by the Portuguese Surfing Federation and last two hours, comprising a theory session, a general and specific warm-up, the main part (surfing) and stretching. The lessons include all the equipment (wetsuit, board and leash) as well as personal accident insurance. You can also make use of our transport service.
