The Algarve has some of the most beautiful beaches and sea caves in Europe. Your tour guide and SUP instructor certified by IOSUP will provide all the basic techniques before we head out into the ocean and will show you all the rules and safety points, giving you a new perspective of the Algarve coast along a route through Benagil. Get ready to discover incredible and secret areas, where you can only enter from the sea.

Explore the Benagil cave, also known as Algar de Benagil, which is probably the most famous of all the sea caves in the Algarve and its surroundings. And yes, it’s as beautiful as it looks in the photos. The only way to stop and explore is by paddle. However, there is much more to see along the Algarve coast than just the Algar de Benagil – the whole coast is beautiful and full of impressive caves, tunnels and cliffs.

Itinerary

• Meeting 15 minutes before the tour start time.
• Departure after 15 minutes from the Beach .
• Basic Stand Up Paddle steps in 10/15 minutes.
• Getting to know the sea route and caves for 1h15m.
• Entering the Algar de Benagil.
• Departure from the Algar de Benagil after 20 minutes.
• Arrival at the beach after 2 hours.
