Lessons suited to anyone who wants to enjoy a day of surfing!
The day has 2 sessions (morning and afternoon) lasting approx. 2 hours.
The lessons have two strands:
Introduction: interaction with the student to identify their level, expectations and limitations; introduction to the characteristics of the beach and of surfing; and warm-up and technical work
Surf – time to go and feel the sea!
All lessons will include a theoretical component on basic sea safety rules, such as paddling and positioning on the board.

Important information:

Lesson times depend on conditions and tides
Optional transport/ Pick-up at an additional cost.
Food not included.
