AllGarbe: traditional cuisine born of the sea is the meeting point for lovers of fish and seafood. Once called Algarbe Alandalus (Gharb al-Ândalus), it corresponded to the western part of Moorish Andalusia. This was the origin of the name Algarve, with deep similarities in Arab architectural, linguistic and artistic heritage. It’s the history, the customs and the soul of this region that we preserve in our name and on our walls, clad in panels of traditional blue tiles that evoke the grandeur of the “people of our land”.
