Forget preset itineraries. See what no other tour is likely to show you—from kitschy architecture to the uncomplicated beauty of ordinary sights. Get to know the true city and people of Lisbon in a fun, friendly setting.

After meeting your guide on your own or with your group, have a chat over coffee to see which direction the tour is going to go, leaving behind the boring, traditional way of seeing a new place. Explore diverse neighborhoods and see how the locals really live. See cringeworthy, yet fascinating, architecture—not just beautiful attractions. Admire the simple artistry of a metro station, and then visit the street where the diva actress and singer Amália—once Portugal’s best-selling artists—was born.

Your guide asks for suggestions along the way and caters to the personal tastes and interests of your group, whether it be wine, food, or art. You can shop for a vintage treasure at Thieves Market, or have a glass of ginjinha, a popular cherry liqueur enjoyed by locals—taking in as many helpful insights from your guide as possible before your return to your original meeting point.
