Praia da Baleeira is located to the south-west of the village of Azóia, and is the last wild beach before Cabo Espichel, a calm bay that once served as a harbour for fishermen and their fishing traps.
A small beach in a narrow cove flanked by escarpments, entirely covered in pebbles, rounded stones and vegetation.
It is characterised by calm, crystal-clear waters, rich in marine life and various types of algae. A beach that is hard to reach, it allows you to enjoy this little marvel more peacefully.
