Ready to try Stand Up Paddle for the first time? Join us for an inspiring 1.5-hour introduction led by a certified SUP guide in one of the Algarve\u2019s most beautiful and peaceful coastal settings.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll begin by learning the essential techniques: how to balance, paddle, and navigate safely \u2014 all in a relaxed, supportive environment. Once you’re feeling confident on the board, and if sea conditions allow, we\u2019ll paddle together toward a hidden cove, wild beach, or secret sea cave, using your new skills to explore off the beaten path.<\/p>\n

By the end of the session, you\u2019ll feel empowered to continue your SUP journey with confidence \u2014 and leave with unforgettable memories from the water.<\/p>\n
