The first stop is in \u00c9vora, an iconic site of Alentejo wine tourism, where you will be welcomed for a guided visit with wine tasting. The &#8220;Winemaker for a Day&#8221; experience includes exclusive activities: you will bottle your own wine, create a personalised label and take home a unique keepsake, along with a T-shirt and a diploma. After this sensory experience, the group will have free time for lunch in \u00c9vora, full of history and rich gastronomy. In the afternoon, a guided walk around \u00c9vora follows, with time to explore emblematic places such as Giraldo Square, the Roman Temple and the centuries-old streets.
