The tour begins with an Aveiro Ovos Moles PGI Workshop where, for 30 minutes, you will learn about the history and production process of this emblematic delicacy. Take an active part in the filling and finish with a tasting of this sweet so characteristic of the region.
The experience continues with a 45-minute Guided Visit to the Salt Pans of the Ria de Aveiro. Accompanied by local salt workers (marnotos), discover the ancestral art of working the salt pans and the whole salt production process, carried out 100% by hand. Throughout the visit, learn the stories, traditions and curiosities that make the salt pans a living heritage of the Ria de Aveiro.
