描述：
Snorkelling in the sea. The activity takes place from a boat, and allows you to enjoy our waters and marine flora and fauna in a supervised and relaxed way.
Initially there is a brief explanation of the basic concepts of freediving, equipment and swimming techniques.
A theory and practical session explaining the procedures for freediving at an entry level, followed by a dive in the sea.
The practical sea part can take place around the Ilhéu de Vila Franca do Campo Nature Reserve, next to the cannons shipwrecked in the XVI century. See what the underwater world has to offer you with the greatest comfort and safety.

时长：
Half a day, morning or afternoon. It can take place on pre-set dates or on any other date agreed with the participants.

Being able to swim.
