About

The Surf and Bodyboard School began its activities in 1999, and has since been run by Professor Renato Paço, a specialist in this field recognised by the body that regulates these activities, the Portuguese Surfing Federation (which includes Bodyboard).

In 2001 it was recognised by the National Sports Institute as “School of the Year”, and it has also been recognised for its work with younger groups.
The School has been invited to highly prestigious events such as: Lagos Eventos, Laureus Awards, television programmes, initiatives with Sintra Town Council, etc. The model School has been recognised by the media and can be proud of having given several interviews.
